  Issue that concern me the most now... hmmm.....
  
  1) Good Health!! thats the most precious to me now since recovering from something bad earlier this year
  
  2) Saving Money to Buy a place of my own...small old private walk up apartment in East Coast on the ground floor ...hopefully dun have to wait till 35 to buy hdb 3rm flat
  
  3) Growing my business...this one is a big dilemma..risk,risks and more risks involved...

  BSAC2101, Financial Reporting exam in an hour...
  
  Ive been to 2 lectures, and 1 tute this whole semester...and just opened my book for the first time yesterday.

  No I don't think it's too soon to think & plan for retirement now... I think that the sooner we all plan, the better! But sometimes there are hindrances... like debts, loans, etc etc :-/
  
  My concerns now are to:
  1) Build up finances
  2) Buying a place to stay in
  3) Getting a more permanent job
