  what would render social responsibility redundant is personal responsibility..
  
  but heck! i've seen firsthand how much personal responsibility is lacking just from observations at my day-to-day work

  reminds me of waht my lecturer told us
  
  once her mum and my lecturer was at church and her mother's handphone rang and the normal reaction is to take it out quickly to silence it...or step outside right ?
  well, her mother clutched her handbag even tighter and, in what appears to be, a bid to muffle the sound, and waited for the ringing to stop.

  Some of us carry large roomy handbags around and believe it or not, searching for a small cellphone in a large bag full of things can be quite an embarrassing scene! hahaha!
