What do soft skin turtles and crayfish eat?

Just bought 2 small baby soft skin turtles
And 3 red claw crayfish fresh water type
Put them altogather with my goldfishes in a small pond at home.
But have no idea what they eat?
Anybody has any idea what to crayfish and softskin turtles eat?

nv try asking the people selling there -

tink the turtles r vegetarian but those crayfish tend to feed on the debris in ponds n aquariums....
