Starving or eating too little every meal will backfire all attempts to lose wt coz u end up eating more when all hell break loose! Those kilos piles back faster den u lost it! .....I exercise to keep healthy, curb high blood pressure.....yes indeed exercise is a good way to keep self healthy but detox is also important to keep yourself healthy too

I remember when I first got my gym membership, I started to eat much less because I felt healthier and naturally gravitated towards healthier choices. Also, I realised how hard it is to work off whatever we ate because I exercised like crazy and the calories burnt counter was still at miserable digits.
I ought to rekindle that motivation again.
