i will dial his calling number and waiting for ring tone, then switch to speaker mode then let him talk, collect his air time charger upon he finishedOriginally posted by elindra:I'm starting to think that it is a trend to try to borrow someone's cellphone to make a call instead of using public phones.
So far, I have been approached 3 times on seperate ocassions and locations by someone who wanted to borrow my cell to make a call.
I wonder if anyone else has the same experience and what did you do?
For me I refused to lend them my phone for the below reasons:
1. What if they take the phone and run away?
2. What if they refuse to return the phone and say its theirs?
3. Are they that cheap that they need to save 10 cents and make a call for free on my expense?
What do you guys think?
Ever had the expereince of leaving my bag with my ex bf, then went washroom. Could not find him after i came out of the washroom. Was hesitating whether i should borrow a hp from a stranger but was afraid that he/she might give me an unfriendly look, afraid that im a cheat, i will take the phone away or im just trying to hog on their phone..to their expense.Originally posted by elindra:I'm starting to think that it is a trend to try to borrow someone's cellphone to make a call instead of using public phones.
