It's texture was very different from the raw salmon. It was firmer and kinda 'denser'. And erm... I actually said that it had a hint of radish taste in it before you pointed out it was the wasabe! hahahahaha!!! Before that, I was thinking, 'Wah, this unique fish, has the earthy aroma of radish once you bite into it!' Haaahahahahaha! Pai seh!
