Gaz, inter-racial relationships are very common these days. There are lots of chinese girls who goes out with indian guys.Originally posted by Gazelle:Was at Harrys BQ the other day, saw this girl dinning with a indian guy. For awhile I thought it might be you...hehehe..
No, I'm just laughing at you being a dog with a bone - of course, since you're the dog, you'd understandably fail to see the humour of it.Originally posted by Gazelle:Laughing is the best way to hide their ones weakness or to escape controntation, and that is exactly what you are doing. If you cant continue a decent conversation on Jazz, I would appreciate that you switch forum to your maggot brain station..
ged, dont need to be so how lian...talk big no use..must action!!
Hey, don't look at me - Gazelle's the one providing all the comic material!Originally posted by elindra:

You are the "BEST" the "Great" and the "Magnificant"..period...Originally posted by Gedanken:No, I'm just laughing at you being a dog with a bone - of course, since you're the dog, you'd understandably fail to see the humour of it.
Me, escape confrontation? Has anybody kept score of how many times Gazelle has come off second best?
Ooh, I'm sorry - is this your forum? As far as I can tell, Rhonda set up Club 30 - why don't we ask her who's more welcome here? Hell, why don't we ask her who provides more decent conversation?
I'm not being how lian - you're just inferior and you've got the complex to prove it.
Hmm - "Ten features that jazz must absolutely have"?Originally posted by elindra:I think this thread is going to turn into something like the "Ten things to consider" thread
Seriously I see Jazz as the overall genre and things like Swing, Acid, Bossa etc to be under this genreOriginally posted by Gedanken:Hmm - "Ten features that jazz must absolutely have"?
My, my, ... and WHAT, may I know, is wrong if most jazz listeners in Singapore only appreciate smooth and modern jazz? Have you taken it upon yourself to dictate the genre of jazz the 'upper echelon' listen to and banish the rest of the pleibians to their lesser smooth and modern jazz?Originally posted by Gazelle:Somehow I feel that most jazz listeners in Singapore only appreciate those smooth and modern jazz. not much people are really into those mind twisting jazz like contrane, pharoah sanders, miles.)
What is wrong with me making this statement? Did I say it was wrong to listen to contempary jazz? Or are you just making up your own interpretation?Originally posted by Rhonda:My, my, ... and WHAT, may I know, is wrong if most jazz listeners in Singapore only appreciate smooth and modern jazz? Not all Jazz lovers are able to critique Jazz on a technical level but does that make us appreciate jazz any less than you do? NO.
Just because some of us might not take to what you term 'mind-twisting jazz', it's in no way indicative of any form of deficit, as you are clearly insinuating here.
Dr. James Tan, dont need to talk too much about other things in life. just answer me this simple questionOriginally posted by Gedanken:Like I said, Rhonda, the guy's a dog with a bone - for once he thinks that he's on firm ground, so he's got to milk it for all it's worth.
Honestly if I ever know Ged in person, I am sure to break his nose and spit on his bloody face. This guy is just too annoying and I am not surprise that this could be one of the reason why he is still not married and feeling insecure about his relationship. I cant imagine who can actually cohabit with a guy who always think and act like he is big deal and know every damn thing.Originally posted by elindra:Gaz, what exactly are you so sore about?
Elindra is right. There's no need to get so personal over a discussion on jazz. Please restrain yourself.Originally posted by elindra:Seriously Gaz, this is just an online forum for you to air your thoughts.
You are entitled to yours and him to his. Why get so worked up over this.
Ged, you calling yourself credible? hahaha... I think you are just incredible!!!Originally posted by Gedanken:Oh my, oh my, oh my. Our little friend here pushes his own little wagon, only to find that it's not worth the effort he's put into pushing, so now he throws his toys out of the pram. Reality check, Gazelle, nobody cares about you knowing a 2/4/ from a 4/4, or a dictionary definition of any form of music - we're just talking about chilling out to music and you're spoiling the fun.
On top of that, he's gone and tried to dig up my background, ironically providing evidence that I am who I say I am. Despite having tried that and getting egg all over his face, he still highlights his denial by trying to prove, despite existing evidence to the contrary, that I'm not the real thing. Keep trying, Gazelle - you'll only make me look even more credible and make yourself look even dumber than you already do (if that's humanly possible).
Ooooooh. He wants to break my nose. I'm quaking in my boots. Listen up, Booster, I've had a loaded gun shoved in my face - what makes you think that you flapping your gums has any effect?
