  in the army, i was 13 kg lighter... at that time, i would not say i was fat...
  
  and hey.. kops ran a marathon.. fat people can't run marathons..

  i will like to add on...though we might consider "FAT". but we do work towards reducing our weight. Unlike alot others which keep moaning about their FATS without action, or keep munching away without remorse.
  
  We should encourage folks to live a healthy lifestyle by working on their fitness, irregardless of their weight.
