I totally agree for Bt Panjang case... Some places have to walk very far..Originally posted by keuriseudo:LRT is a waste of resources... buses are useful transportation means to those places. I wonder why they ain't considering that...
Bus in Punggol is rather slow. I think they will close down the bus lines once the LRT is in operation so realy people have to take weather they like it or not...Originally posted by keuriseudo:LRT is a waste of resources... buses are useful transportation means to those places. Sv 84, runs during peak hrs nia... Sv 83 will still be around, but from what I heard, frequency will be reduced to 10 minsOriginally posted by mistyblue:Bus in Punggol is rather slow. Anyway, at BP, faster to get to CBD by bus...
You go see BP LRT, it is all bended... Never straight... Sengkang/ Punggol are straight except at the bendsOriginally posted by mistyblue:Huh Then no point to take LRT and MRT... spend $, don't save time...

Because Bt Panjang is in a location near the Eway, Sv 190 takes 30-35 mins to Orchard... LRT/ MRT takes close to 60 mins
But the children love it. To them it is like roller coaster.Originally posted by sbst275:Dun need to worry... Sengkang and Punggol LRT have been very very smooth... Because the track is straight (Except the 2 bends each on East and West Loop)... Unlike Bt Panjang which is horrible
But very slow... SBS's Sengkang LRT train can run at 60km/hrOriginally posted by DeadPoet:But the children love it. To them it is like roller coaster.
The most stupid thing about BP LRT is Service C. Hard to explain it in here.
Cause so much unnecessary delay.
Really horrible ar?Originally posted by DeadPoet:BP lor. I live there. No choice got to take LRT to CCK MRT almost everyday to work. Sigh...
