Foxwalk, you're from Crescent Girls' too?? I have so much grrrrrrrreat memories there!! Of course, the old school compound has been razed to the ground donkey years ago now and I've never stepped into the new compound before. The hill where the school is sited on now used to be Belvedere Primary School and we used to troop up there once a year for our dental checkups.Originally posted by foxwalk:Rhonda, I was from Crescent Girls too!!!! I was there from 1994 to 1997, was in the new school compounds. I guess we did not share the memories of the same place. When I was there in sec 1, it was the 1st year in the new school compounds. And yes, I love Crescent fiercely!!! I went to so many schools, and I could only find friends I can talk to in Crescent, in JC, there were too many phonies, same thing in NUS.Originally posted by Rhonda:Foxwalk, you're from Crescent Girls' too?? They also razed the two-storey building that housed our Science Labs and Home Economics classes. So sad... I was up to mischief a lot in the Science Labs and Home Econs was one of my favourite classes in Sec 1 and 2, esp the cookery classes! hehehe! Sometimes, after the classes, we get to eat our hand-made stuff during our break...even though it might look awful, taste bleah and sometimes, chao tah! hahaha!!
Which years were you there? I was there from 1985-1988.
I loved Crescent too!! That was where I had my very first Bible Study and Christian Fellowship sessions. Also, that was when I started dating and incidentally, they all turned out to be ACS boys.Originally posted by foxwalk:I was there from 1994 to 1997, was in the new school compounds. I wanted to be a teacher, but only if I were sent to Crescent. CRESCENT IS DA BEST!!

Dunno Mrs Loo. There is a Veronica Seah though. Always wearing either black, gold, or red. Underwear too! We always saw her underwear!Originally posted by Rhonda:I loved Crescent too!! I still remember those days where I wore ribbons in my hair! hehehe! I was like so 'xiao jie' last time. Actually, still maybe quite 'xiao jie' cause that's what a few colleagues called me at one stage, 'Aiyoh!!! You are too 'Shio Jia'!!' hahaha!!
Was Mrs Loo still there? She was the discipline mistress and so damn fierce. My Sec 3 year, her daughter suddenly turned up in Crescent and she was quite havoc one.
I had a close clique when I was there. It felt sooo goooood to belong in a group. I met one of them recently - she's now a Pediatrics Doctor in KKH. We all knew she'd be a doc someday.
Did you do the making your skirt shorter by rolling up the waistband thing? I know quite a few rebellious girls were doing that during my time. I was the gwai gwai-toot toot one. hahaha!
