u wont realise tat u actually knock against something n it hurts when u realise tat they is a pitch of blue black over yr hips or thigh the next day or a few days later

i get bruises and cuts everywhere without knowing what the heck happened all the time..
i'm also bloody clumsy and have a high threshold for pain so it's not surprising

if it is better go see doctor otherwise blood poisoning, I kanna on finger once and ignored the swelling for a week finally it became so big, doctor told me have to operate and I will lose my nail but it will grow back again but lucky in the end nail still ok, but $100+ wah heart pain.

last week i oso cut the skin between my two fingers without realising it until it started to bleed. quite a deep cut & it was so painful....

very serious issue, pls dun play play, if detected early the doctor to prescribe some antibiotics and salve to apply. My swelling was so bad the doctor had to use a scapel to make an incision just above the nail on my finger then squeeze out all the trapped pus that was causing the swelling which preventing proper blood circulation. I got a tad confused reading your post, trying to 'diagnose' you, as most of us in the healthcare profession are apt to do.
Still don't know what's wrong but I'm sure you can't 'touch your vein', technically. hehehe!
Not so sure if the sinseh is a good choice unless you're sure it's some sort of muscle sprain or nerve pain. Otherwise, as mentioned by someone else, if it's swollen, inflammed, and painful, it could be an infection in which case, it's best to see your GP. -

Anyway, what i mean is that when I run my finger over the area (I can see my vein thru the skin) so that is what I mean over my vein. It hurts like hell and there is slight swelling. I don't know did I sprain it accidently or what -
