iPod or iPod mini?

I'm considering whether to get the iPod mini or the iPod...
Here are the major differences that I've observed so far...
iPod mini
- 6GB
- Up to 18-hour battery life
- Smaller in size
- S$438
iPod
- 20GB
- Up to 12-hour battery life
- Bigger in size
- S$528
Any iPod user who can provide some constructive opinions?

Not much of a price diff for that capacity.
As for size... it depends if you're happy with the dimensions. -
if you wanna pay for the iPod, go with the whole hog and get the iPod 60GB one...
i wish i had that kind of HDD space in my little iPod mini... -

iPod shuffle is nice.. but double the price to get 6 times the capacity? why not?

If yes ==> ipod
If no ==> ipo mini

I started off thinking about the 4GB one, then 6GB, now that I decided on the 20GB, you tempt me with the 30GB or even, omigosh!, 60GB!!!!

uhh... my iPod mini has an AC adaptor and firewire.. only that it does not have the other type of firewire, the S400 coz that's not from Apple...
you can buy the S400 cable from Apple but it does not charge the iPod if you use that.. otherwise, plugging it into your PC or Mac will charge the iPod (whether Firewire or USB)
the firewire cable that comes with it attaches to the AC plug... this allows you to charge your iPod as long as there's a power point in the wallOriginally posted by neuros:one more thing...

I've always prefer the ipod to the mini. Nothing beats the design of the iPod. Thats what i think la.. -
