you can take part in the 4.8km and do a slow jog and enjoy the excellent morning greens along the way. -

To all Ladies and Gentlemen that came down for the event despite the slight rains beforehand, you are great.
For those that join me in the road runs. Many thanks to you'll. I know it is not easy to run 30km, but you folks did it. Well Done.
What is impossible is all in the mind. Once again it has proven that 30km is just a mere number If you put ur heart to do it, everything is possible. -
