  taking out is easier than putting in man.... i no need a mirror to remove my lens but i need one when wearing...

  if u dun rub ur eyes... and wear them for too long... then shdouln't be a problem. of cos get good lens to begin with... some can be so drying they stick to ur eyeballs.

  for me, it's not so bad cos (-100+ each eye, getting worse though).
  I only where glasses when i drive or attend seminars.
  
  otherwise, there really isn't really any good reason to:
  if there are pretty gals, just go close enough to see clearly (more often than not i would be disappointed, so i don't bother)
  if someone wave at you, and if you can't see who, just make sure nobody behind you is waving back, then wave back. just in case...
  alternatively, you can act blur and wait for the person to come towards you if he/she can be bothered.
  
  not exhausive, but pretty much covered most of the usual situations i encounter.

  It's called Blepheroplasty.
  
  I watched a Plastic Surgeon as he did the procedure on a young girl. It takes a strong stomach to watch. After he completed the surgery, he looked at me and asked, 'So, would you like to have double eyelids too?' I shivered, and said, 'Thanks, but no thanks!'
  
  It's more difficult when you've stood at the other side of the operating table watching. Sometimes, one is better off not knowing!

  I'd definitely love to have major liposuction done on my abdomen, upper thighs, and upper arms. After that, I'd request for the services of a Personal Trainer.
  
  I'd love to have my teeth whitened and maybe have veneers done.
  
  I wouldn't want any plastic surgery on my face. I read gossip mags now and then and my gosh, they often show before and after shots of stars who've gone through plastic surgery and years later, are suffering from its side effects and I definitely wouldn't want that to happen to me! Plastic surgery to modify the facial features are a bit too drastic, in my opinion. Besides, if you do not have a skilled surgeon operating on you, the results might be really really yucks and you might end up looking worse than before!
  
  Hmm... maybe microdermabrasion on the face to have a better complexion! And hmm... IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatment to remove spots on the face.
  
  That's about it! Hopefully, the 'free' Extreme Makeover would come with generous vouchers to shop for clothes at boutiques like Top Shop, Zara, Espirit and other kewl shops too!

  i did lasik cuz i was afraid of putting things in my eyes. in fact i used to have contacts, but only tried on one of them, then totally freak out, tried to remove it, tried several times, and after that not daring to try that ever again.
