Female Bosses / Female-Dominated Workplaces

  I think it depends on the person rather that the gender.
  
  I have work for at least 3 different female bosses..... ex company ex boss - v good. Even she knows we go off early from work (as in 3pm) but as long as we got the job done.... she kept quiet.
  
  new company ex boss - I totally cannot work with her. She's the REPORT TO ME even on when you peeed! Very report... paper oriented boss.
  
  current boss - she bets on soccer what you think

  but seriously, i don't mind working for whatever bosses.. so long as they're professional and do not degenerate into a sewing circle or a boy's club...
