Heres one for you Oyster..
Easy Chocolate Cake
3 tablespoon Butter
3 tablespoon Cocoa
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk (chocolate milk if you like)
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preheat oven to 110 degree celcius
Melt butter. Put all other ingredients into a large bowl and pour the melted butter on top. Beat on high for 3 mins. Pour mixture into prepared cake tin and bake. Start checking fter 25 mins.(poke with toothpick, when toothpick is clean it is ready to be taken out.)
Ice the cake however you like.....
I like my nutella icing....
370g nutella
340g whipping cream
2ml vanilla extract
Empty nutella, whipping cream and vanilla extract into the bowl of your mixer, and beat (slowly in the beginning to avoid splatters) on medium-high, scraping sides and bottom of bowl with rubber spatula occasionally, until you have billowy clouds of chocolate-hazelnut cream. Use mix to cover cake evenly.
