... but ....
For the left foot, left from the center would be the inner of the foot...
while for the right foot, left from the center is the outer of the foot
It can't be the same leh

hahaz... i every day mus do strechin excercise for my foot and my calf... if not in the day or at nite sure get cramp.... went to a foot massage b4... damn shiok... but after the guy finish i cannot strain my foot... will kenna cramp until cannot cramp...
oh btw i'm flat footed tats y get so many cramps...

aww.. c'mon.. i go for this too for the sheer heck of it...
the first time i got this done was weird.. this dude (who supposedly had to meditate at end of each day) felt my feet and said that i messed up my back really badly before and there was a blockage at a certain place on my foot...
he said that i would probably pass out....
he rubbed it and i went pale and almost did pass out.. but not from pain or anything...
