Has anyone ever encountered this? What does one do (especially if you are a woman)? What counts as harassment? Do unwanted attention and smses count as harassment? Overfriendliness?

Encountered it twice before... definitely wasn't wearing revealing clothes then. In fact, was wearing a uniform in one of the workplaces.
If you can't take it anymore, issue them a stern warning and tell them in explicit terms what action you'll take if they don't stop their nonsense, ie. inform the boss / HR. That should make them think twice. -

well if u have oredi told them u do not appreciate the attention... and they still do it..
1) they r just naturally frenly?
2) they r just asking for it and just casually let them noe that u will inform the HR/boss about this matter..

Like play cool like dat. bely tired one sigh..... isn't harrassment the indication you are still attractive? Imagine Andy Lau harrasses you, will you complain HR or Police? You probably complain to friends why so late then come and harrass you, should do it earlier b4 I got married or attached lor !
All said, women still the most respectable and charming of the 2 sexes. I salute them.... -
