Can we make it... our age gap is 14 years

Dun blast me or laugh at me for getting such a young girl .... I know is abit immoral .... she is 20 years old only.. yes I could have been her father that kind of thing ... We have sort of 'met up and gone out for drink ' once only.... but not leading to anything yet .. I am in a dilema will there be future with her.. its not that she has hinted to me that she will give me chance or anything... its more of my wishful thinking on my part.. Good thing about her is she is more simple minded that the older women I have gone out with.. yes she feel like a little girl... maybe she just want to get to know more pple that all .. she probably never suspect.. I just have this ulterior motive to make her my girl fren ..
i dun really care what other will think about us .. if we really are an items ever!... but i am not sure if this is the meeting of the minds .. will we make it ???.. consider our age gap.. guess I dun have much energy left in me liao.. just my wishful thinking anyway...as if I will ever have a chance with her... infact i am not even sure whether she is attached..(from our converasation she seems not attached yet) . just painting a hypothesis kind of scenario of me being a couple with her .. sorry for wasting your time if you find this thread bo liao.. -

It is not as bad as you think with a 14 year gap.
Well, if both are in love and she has no issues with your age, why not? At 34, your life is just beginning
for a guy!!! You should be at your peak performance now 
One thing you really have to consider is that she may not be ready to settle down or have kids when you are. Can you live with that difference? I think that will be the major issue as your life goals with her may be different. However, once you iron out those issues, it shouldn't be too much of a problem. -

u must see your maturity and her maturity lah
some woman can be very mature at 20 and some are not mature even at 40 years old
and precisely why gals like older guys is because older guys have better careers and perhaps, perhaps only take care of younger gals

Age gap is not an issue IMHO. But it depends on which phase of life you are in. At 20 yrs old, she will be exposed to many 'exciting' things in this materialistic world. What if she wakes up one day and decide to call it quit? Then you are farked. But if she is 35 and you are 49, then likely she is somewhat settled down and knows what she wants.
My advice is don't force it. If it comes, it comes. You can be lonely even when you are with your girlfriend or wife or friends. Singlehood can be interesting too. If you are jumping in just to forget your ex, then you end up with more scars.

Age gap is an issue actually.
Much as many will deny... with age comes the trials of life, wisdom amd maturity.
The wider the gap... the more likely there will be a maturity differential. I have a friend who has been dating gals an average of 7-8 years younger and he has been having more issues with them than gals an avg. of 2-3 years younger. This is not something that should surprise us. And it is not the girl's fault. Simply something we should keep in mind.
Of course, that's not to say one can't find a gal who's 20 who can be as mature as a 30+ yr old. They're just rarer.

I have dated girls 3,5,6,9 years younger than me then there was one 3 yrs older than me .. Most girls who are already in their mid 20s and been working for a while usually are alr attached.. so we are left with ...are usaullay the younger ones... pple change all the times ..sometime maturity do not correspond with age .. its all life experience which shaped us as what we are today.... One of the gal 9 yrs my junior is mature way above her age.. cos I think she stepped into the working society at the ripe old age of 16 ,...she has gone thru more than her peers ...who had a breezy life in the poly , Uni then progress on to some cushy jobs..
guess it doesnt matter what the age gap afterall... its our mental condition..

Guess your fren is a lucky guy ... just found out she is actually 15 years younger than me ... had tea with her just now .. she dun have a bf now.. she really nice and decent girl and not very sure of the direction for her life .. just drifting along... really hope I could be the one guilding her along in life.. Anyway bump into her a few times and she is avoiding me ....not as friendly as before.. she probably sensed that this old 'uncle' also read' dirty old man' is up to no good... better stay far far away from him...
