Although, the idea of farming crabs for their pincers is abit gruesome...it's like farming body parts , keep the crabs barely alive just to dismember pincers, grow back, dismember, grow, etc. etc. :shudder:
Anyway I don't think it's commercially viable, that's why don't have such thing hehehe. Crabs still come whole... or so we are told ...hmmm -

I used to love to eat claws coz they are so easy to eat and they have firmer meat.
However, I have grown to prefer the leg area coz the meat is sweeter though it is a pain to eat -

dunno leh.. the lost limb grows somewhere within the shell.. and it needs space in the old shell so i figure it won't be as big?
