  After 24 hours of working through the frustration of incompatible modems and ADSL services, I'm finally back on broadband! Woohoo! No more dialup!

  My computer's been attacked by some vicious virus and although it's been quarantined, I have been unable to get online for some strange reason. I've already tried reinstalling my modem, re-configuring my settings and all that but still, I'm unable to get myself connected.
  
  Soon though. Real soon! I expect to be back hogging my broadband real soon! You don't expect me to be offline for too long, do you?
  
  In the meantime, I'm having a ball and yes... I have a life offline! hahahahaha!!!

  Yeah, SL, I'm settling back in - just got my wireless and 5.1 set up, and all's right in the world. It's good to be driving again - we covered about 1200 km in 2 days when TX and Don were here. I think they got a bit squashed, though - there's not much space in the back seat of a Prelude.
  
  Rhonda, you're not using McAfee, are you? That's stuff is crap. Try avast! or AVS - they're much better and they're free.
  
  Tare, lemme know if you're planning to pop by. Unfortunately we didn't have the place settled when TX and Don were here, but now we've got a guest room ready.

  was funny when a marquee at Flemington where the Melbourne Cup was being run was blown away by the strong wind.. that's when my friend and i decided that going to the pub instead of Flemington was the way to go

  Y'know, we could start some Club 30 culture... each time one of us goes on vacation, we'll snap a shot of the place with a 'Hello!' msg to the forumites in Club 30, just like what Ged, Sasha, TX and the Don have done with their beach photo!
