Its effects were especially strong on me cause I'm no coffee-drinker so wah, that night, I really got to experience the drug-like 'high' of coffee!
I always drink Chinese Tea at night.Originally posted by Rhonda:I've heard friends and colleagues mention that one shouldn't drink Chinese tea or Green Tea late at night because it's apparently too 'cooling' for our system.
Have you heard of such a thing? I'm just wondering how true that could be.

Wow... thanks for the tip! Will do just that!Originally posted by the Bear:Green Tea:
Tips: A slice of lemon can overcome decrease tanninÂ’s effect on iron absorption. Flavoured green tea (mint or lemon) is nicer I find as green tea itself is quite bitter. To decaffeinate you can steep the teabag for 30 seconds and then throw away the water and use fresh water. 80% of the caffeine is removed this way but the antioxidants are not.
Better than me... I drink water and I until about 3am or later every night.Originally posted by TehJarVu:i can drink tea at night and still sleep.
but if i take coffee after 6pm, i will hv to until 3, 4 am.
