inconsistencies ? can PM me abt it?Originally posted by Gedanken:Bottom line: arguably the best of the six episodes. There are two inconsistencies that I'll raise when enough people have seen it.
I think the best sequence to watch it would be from episode 4 5 6 then 1 2 3Originally posted by Rhonda:I have not watched it yet... not sure if I will. I have not watched any of the Star Wars movies, so I'm not sure if I'd be able to make head nor tail out of this one.
I vaguely remembered watching the very first Star Wars donkey years ago. But I think I was a little girl then and quite restless and didn't stay put long enough to finish watching the whole movie. hehehe!
Actually, I did think of waiting till they release some fancy boxed set with ALL The STar WArs movies, then depending on the price, I might go and get that and finally, get to know what this Star Wars craze is all about!
Agreed. If you've watched it in that sequence, by the time you get to Episode 3, there's no guessing how the story will end - the fun's really in watching how it all unfolds.Originally posted by kopiosatu:I think the best sequence to watch it would be from episode 4 5 6 then 1 2 3
I dont think its an inconsistency...if you managed to catch it in this movie, Obi Wan is the person that gave the orders for both R2D2 and C3PO's memories to be erased at the end of the movie...and later on, yes, he would have recognized R2 but could not possibly have openly acknowledge him cosOriginally posted by Gedanken:Agreed. Anyway, one inconsistency I can mention without spoiling anything is that while R2D2 or C3PO never get to meet Darth Vader, and Yoda never meets Chewbacca again, Obi-Wan in Episode 4 should really have recognised R2D2 when he turned up on Tatooine in Episode 4.
I can forgive you if its yoda walking thru the door. I know you laughed at the scenes people get their body parts sliced off right? Sicko.Originally posted by shinta:i was laughin thru the movie.. for the most part..
dun ask me why.. i had no idea why i laughed..
they hardly had any contact in the movie...darth vadar gone too far into the dark side liao??!!Originally posted by ditzy:I think the drift actually goes like this:
Excluding the obi wan forgetting the droids, conveniently, R2-D2 and C-3PO have their memories wiped at the end of Revenge of the Sith. But isn't it curious that Darth Vader doesn't seem to notice Threepio, especially since as the child Anakin, he personally built the fussy golden robot?
i guess i am a sicko too. one of the droid was screaming AWwwww when he was sliced, then i laugh.Originally posted by ditzy:I can forgive you if its yoda walking thru the door. I know you laughed at the scenes people get their body parts sliced off right? Sicko.
This i didn't seeOriginally posted by care bear:Anyone see the Millenium Falcon?? it was in there....
For a couple of secs i thinkOriginally posted by ditzy:So good, I only saw bai ling.
Anakin built a C3PO model droid. It was produced wholesale by a droid factory too.Lil Anakkin just cobbled the parts to make one himself. Therefore as Darth Vader, he wouldn't know which C3PO was his ThreepioOriginally posted by care bear:they hardly had any contact in the movie...darth vadar gone too far into the dark side liao??!!
puppy..i mean palpy told him dark side have powers to protect pad meOriginally posted by ilovemyrolex:what i don't dig is that the motivation for anakin to go over the dark side is because he fear losing the gal?
OMG!
bah! too saccharine liao!
