It's not my kind of look and I find the fake 'Roman pillars' in the hall extremely tacky. I didn't like the ceiling either and the FLOOR IS PINK!!!!!!!! I don't have the 'before look' of the kitchen cabinets but it is PINK as well!!!! The whole place was pink!!!
Anyway, nothing against your taste girls but it is just not to my liking I don't like pink unless it is a hot pink...kinda like a magenta color.
Anyway, the whole place will be extremely woody after the reno. Kitchen will be black and silver. Cornice will go, ceiling will be plain -
Shinta is easily contented. Elindra is not.
For me, I'll juz get a new apartment. Well, tt's at least another 10+ yrs to go. -

Shinta is not fussy but Elindra is extremely fussy
We wanted a new apartment but nothing in the areas we wanted. Only way was resale. -

Personally, if it comes to my pad, i wouldnt settle for less. My 1st home will be a cosy bachelor's pad.
For now, i have to work my way there. Get past Uni 1st.
