Hmm... when he does something for you that shows he's put a lot of thought and effort into.
Also, it's romantic when he remembers the things you've mentioned and shared when you talked. It's like, oooh... he listens and remembers cause he thinks what I say / think / feel is important!
Or, when he does something for you because he cares for you and wants to pamper you. Even something simple like making you a cup of hot tea because he knows you like it, or asking you to remain in your nua position whilst he gets up during TV commercials to go get some snacks or fruit or whatever from the fridge. Or knowing that you really want a particular book / CD and getting it for you then placing it with a sweet note inside on your desk. Or washing the dishes cause he knows you've got eczema and the harsh detergents irritate your hands.
I guess, in my daydreams, I dream of things like my dream guy coming up to my hospital and calling me right after shift ends to say, 'Hi! I'm waiting for you at the lift lobby! Let's go for supper then I'll send you home!' Waaaaaaaaaaaah! Sooooooooooo romantic!!!
After Evening duty or Night Shift, you're so tired, you kinda dread taking public transport where the wait and the journey's long and it's hard to get taxis at that time too, so him coming to send me home would be soooooooooooooooo awesome!!
Sigh... dream on...

so i guess the first point's out.. but he'd forget little stuff sometimes.. like gettin the movie tix 
he's sweet, to come all the way down to my office on his off days just to hav lunch with me, and sometimes, wait for me to knock off so that he could see me home
i seldom go over to his work place to wait for him, usually, i'd wait for him at the bus-stop and we'd walk back to his place together n accompany him as he eats his late dinner, den go back home.. hahahhaa -
