Toxic Shampoo Suds?!

Interesting thing happened this morning!
Woke up, saw something 'black' in my kitchen sink, went over, rubbed my blurry eyes and then, saw that it was a cockroach!!!
It had slipped into the basin of my shiny, gleamy, grime-free sink and couldn't crawl out!
(Don't be fooled, folks... my sink is usually not shiny and gleamy but I just happened to clean it a few days ago! hahaha! 
)
I didn't know what in the world to do because I hate cockroaches but am at the same time, scared of them too. Soooo... I went for a shower to get ready for the day and thought that I wouldn't wanna use insecticide in a kitchen sink because of fear of contamination... then suddenly, I had a Eureka! moment!
I walked over to the sink, still shampooing my hair, and then plopped generous dollops of shampoo suds on top of the cockroach! I didnt' know what the suds would do to him but well, worth a try! 
A few minutes later, I walked over to the sink and...all was still... Out of curiosity, I flushed away the shampoo suds and WHOA... the cockroach was there, VERY DEAD!!!
Are shampoo suds THAT toxic??!!! We shampoo our hair all the time but ... if shampoo can kill a cockroach, it must be poisonous, man!!!
Introducing... Shampoo! The preferred, environmentally friendler option to pesticides!! -
or... Pesticides! the less toxic version of Shampoo!

Talking about that. You know the very expensive perfume by Christian Dior, Poison? My friend has a large bottle from an ex which hates and once there was a cockroach running to her and in her panic, she sprayed it with the perfume and the cockroach died -

My 2 german shephards, 1 kills rats, birds, and anything that moves (other than family), the other, will just try to eat anything.

When I had three cats, I never saw a cockroach nor a lizard in my apartment!
Well... erm... not a WHOLE and intact cockroach or lizard, at least! You'd just see erm... 'remnants' that suggested their existence.
I guess, between the three of them, they did rotating shifts... so my entire apartment was kept pest-free 24/7! -
I once saw a stray cat eat a lizard. It was very exciting to see the cat catching the lizard!

lol i dunno la .. seen my male dog hump my female dog so many times tho .. at the wierdest times too .. open the auto gate to drive in and park at night .. and there they are just going at it @ 2am in the morning in the darkness in my porch ! take up my parking spot somemore
