any location to recommend for a party?

  hello!
  
  okay, some time in july ive to organize a party for a friend's birthday (read: excuse to get wasted).
  
  there'll be loud loud music (2 djs), a stupid amount of alcohol, and hopefully a headcount of at least 40.
  
  is there anywhere you can recommend (chalet/bbq pit/or if you want to volunteer your house) that we book/go to?
  
  we need maybe a barbeque pit, but definiately powerpoints for the dj gear.

  Find a friend who lives in a condominium and get him / her to book the function room of the condo for your use that night.

  From the website, seems like it's been "up-class'ed" abit into a wine bar but you could still check.

  get a function room. want cheap go to CC and use the badmintion courts & ur own catering.
  
  ps, you can smoke till you drop at CC.

  ehh... now new HDB flats near the Residents Committee have BBQ pits also. Furthermore, nearby also got shops, if u forget this and that, quite convenient to buy. Imagine need to drive out from certain chalet to buy firestarter...

  this d&d thing make all of us run up and down the whole of Spore, to find cheap and good function capability to host the event.

  C&C closed shop at 10:30pm if i am not mistaken, longer than that every 1/2 hr extend = $$$
  
  cop, drunk ppl. .... noise should not be a problem.

  if everyones over age is it okay? im not familiar with the law there. drinking in public places (or whatever) okay"?
