  if i gt to have my own fridge, there'd be nth on it..
  
  it's irritating when i close the door, and magnets come rainin down..
  
  i'd have a whiteboard in the kitchen if possible, or a message board?
  
  so that i can leave messages there, the magnets will stay there.. on the white board..
  
  hmm imagine, comin home after a late night to this message: dinner's in teh microwave, heat it up, dun eat it cold.

  mine is luan luan one not neatly displayed,
  
  with magnets, pics of my cats, post cards, calendar, library opening hours' notice, two note pads, and one small white message board with my fav verse written on it.
  
  shinta-> use strong magnets they won't fall off one.

  I display fridge magnets of places I've been eg London, Australia (koala), Korea (Korean dolls in national costumes), US (Golden Gate Bridge) etc.
  I've also a selection of cute sleeping babies & dog magnets

  Eh... either your magnets aren't strong enough or you open and close the fridge door quite chor loh one! hehehe! I've rarely had magnets drop from the fridge. *Knocks on wood!!!
  
  I'd love to have a small whiteboard / corkboard in the kitchen too. And yeah... would be lovely to come home late at night after a tiring day at work to see messages like the one you mentioned! hehe!

  Don't know how to post pix lah, even after going through the Support thread whereby the Bear gave good directions on the steps.
  
  Anyways, my fridge is full too. We have a township calendar so we know what's happening when, what and where around town. Also serve as an agenda to plot appointments and schedules.
  
  Then, there are magnets of angels and my favourite is a piggy with the text "Dear God, if you can't make me slim, please make my friends look fat." Recently, I added a pix of one sexy looking singer just so if I ever reach for snacks, it will be a deterrent. Not that I aim to look like that singer but ......

  What a coincidence! Just yesterday, I was sharing that joke with the new doctors in my ward to break the ice!
  
  And... I'm not really a Hello Kitty fan. I just happened to collect them when my purchases at 7-Eleven's kept resulting in these free kitty magnets. Reeeeeeeeeely!!!

  Hmm... how about those folks who live in countries with four seasons? During winter, can't they hang out bottles of drinks out their windows, or bury them under the snow, and get ice-cold beer and what-not?
