ListManiac #3 : List the things that make you nervous.

- Entrusting an important task / job to someone I do not trust or don't think is up to it.
- Cockroaches, spiders and assorted creepy-crawlies!!!
Especially if you see them in your home and then cannot catch them! Once I spot them, must see them dead or else, I'd be freaking out, thinking that they'll sneak up on me when I'm asleep at night!! EEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeks!!!
- Dipping below the 'comfort level' in my bank account.
(Damn the Great Singapore Sale! 
)
- Missing a bus and whilst waiting for the next, keep wondering if I'll end up late.
- Attending more than one cardio-intensive class at the gym in a row, hoping I won't collapse and burst an aneurysm from the exertion.
- Having to nurse patients with highly infectious conditions, having to don the whole thingamajig of the N-95 mask, disposable gown and double gloves. Also makes me nervous when we discover a pt's infectious condition AFTER we've been nursing him/her for a few days already and waiting the next few days in the hope that we didn't catch it! 
- When I go home after a late night out... scared of being followed and kena murdered or... worse!
- Being in the presence of a really handsome, smart, humourous and gorgeous stud!

Trying to make a list of things and not being able to come up with anything!

interviews, presentations, infront of someone i am interested in.... blah blah...

1. Bad dreams of coming events. when they come true, I keep feeling guilty, as if I am the one who somehow made it happen.
2. When I was schooling, exams which I have studied for made me nervous. It could be good or bad. Those I have not studied are easier, cos I already know its gonna be bad
3. Telling someone I like him. Jeez. I am scared of rejection.
4. Friendships disputes. I don't know how to settle them.
5. After placing a big bet on soccer. I think a lot of people can identify with that
6. Depending on people to do things for me. I get way nervous especially when it comes to work, because it will be reflected back on me. And also it might break whatever trust I have in that person. I'd rather not know I cannot trust that person sometimes...you know ? -

1. the thought of surgery.
2. son's field trips. I always pray and pray whenever he has an excursion. And I never fail to thank God when he returns home safely.
3. auditions. Participated in a number of singing contests. Make it on some (came up tops in a couple) and didn't make some (the judges ears got fluff lah.) Anyways, will be participating in yet another one this October. This is an annual contest titled Golden Melodies. Yes, it is usually for the ah sohs and ah peks. No matter how many times one has auditioned, still feel nervous when I am next in line. Craps! Actually, when Hacken Lee and Leung Wing Chong came to TO to audition the Minutes to Fame contest, I was tempted to participate but too short notice, so didn't. But I did take time off to go watch though.
