  Things that rubbed me up the wrong way 1) Petrol prices, I might as well be filling the tank with fine cognac and french perfume. I reside in a city which requires an automobile trip to accomplish anything from luncheon to picking up a prescription. Senior citizens behind the wheel who do not use their wing mirrors or indicator, treating their vehicle as though it is a chariot. These gadgets are not ornaments for their amusement. Please do not indicate left and make a right turn, do not test my patience because I do not enjoy the test. Peak hours felt like it lasted all day and all night when I am stranded behind one of these sweet old dear. 2) Chinese funeral music is commonly to be endured than enjoyed. The trumpets whine, the cymbals crush, the gongs bang and away we go making no concession for the concept of melody. 3) Rigid asian traditions hardened the bones. The total inability of "right thinking"asians to conceive of a fulfilled and happy life without spouse or children. A single women alone is regarded with pity. These are the things that get up my nostrils. 4) Things that make my heart skip a beat are tropical thunder and lightning, a visit to the dentist and heights.

  1. Performing a play. i remembered having to do this dumb play in front of the whole dept of my firm during christmas and i ended up feeling really really really sick in the stomach. just sat in the cubicle and stoned.
  
  2. during my hols in japan, one bunch of girls from my tour group joined me in the same hot spa and i just had to excuse myself soon after. that was pretty nerve-wracking as well.
