Say buddy, I've got a lump of coal here and I need your special abilities to turn it into a diamond.Originally posted by tut4nkh4m3n:if you're fat, just admit it. you don't really have to go about giving excuses like "can't be bothered" or "there's no point".
also, you don't have to go around trying to stop people from exercise, they want a hot body, let them have it, you don't have to feel jealous that you can't get it and they can.
Nah, e, that hardly tickles the amateur bar when it comes to the bitchy scale.Originally posted by elindra:Then don't read, and why did you even bother posting in the first place? I think you are the one who really needs to get a life
Hmmm so far Elindra's impression of tut4nkh4m3n is:
1. He misses the point of the post
2. He takes things too seriously
3. He is not happy when ppl correct him
4. He doesn't like ppl to tell him to relex
5. He likes to tell ppl what to do
6. He thinks he has a life, but really, he doesn't have one
7. He thinks he has been posting alot of meaningful stuff in SGforums but nothing has been seen so far. http://www.sgforums.com/?action=search&search_str=tut4nkh4m3n
8. He cannot laugh at himself, nor can he accept it if others laugh at themselves
9. He seems to be very defensive about something (wonder what)
10. He really needs to take a chill pill
Yes, Elindra is being b!tchy
Actually, it's folks like us who DO have a life, and a very busy and fulfilling one at that, who end up looking for outlets for a good laugh as a form of relaxation after each day of living fruitfully.Originally posted by tut4nkh4m3n:argh.
why bother posting something if it has no meaning? get a life.

If you're serious all the time, well, you'll just end up dead faster. That's why they call it DEAD serious!

Laughter gives me a washboard tummy. I crunch my stomach muscles on the bus.Originally posted by Ferret:Laughter is the best medicine
Are these two related ? I am a little confused again >_<'Originally posted by foxwalk:Laughter gives me a washboard tummy. I crunch my stomach muscles on the bus.
I think so, that's why I managed to pass my fitness test in secondary school when I did not even do sit-ups throughout the year and yet managed 42 on the test. It's all through laughing.Originally posted by Ferret:Are these two related ? I am a little confused again >_<'
Erm... I hope you don't sit in the bus alone and then start crunching your stomach muscles by laughing out loud to yourself! hahaha! But also not bad, cuz if you do that, you'll definitely be guaranteed of a seat, and a wide berth around you!Originally posted by foxwalk:Laughter gives me a washboard tummy. I got that. I meant the bus thing. WahhahahahahaOriginally posted by foxwalk:I think so, that's why I managed to pass my fitness test in secondary school when I did not even do sit-ups throughout the year and yet managed 42 on the test. It's all through laughing.
Nah. I mean my only stomach exercises are laughing and sitting in a way such that my muscles are crunced up.. think it's bad for the back though.Originally posted by Rhonda:Erm... when can you join me for some "high" session?Originally posted by Rhonda:Well, I exercise because it always makes me feel on top of the world afterwards! It's that feel-good thang that comes with that adrenaline release, I guess! And there are hormones released post-exercise that DO make you feel good. And I love that!
The sense of achievement after I successfully complete a class ... or two... or three... at my gym is just... WoooooOOooooHooooOOoooo!!
You do start to feel much better about yourself. You not only feel more energetic, more confident, and you move about with a spring in your step and have more stamina, you also start to look better!
I love love love the weight I've lost so far... buying clothes gets easier and easier! Even mom thinks I'm much less sluggish and look more radiant these days! My social life has also improved tremendously... cause I can now work and then go out afterwards without feeling as tired as I used to do!
I'm still very far from achieving my goal of getting into the healthy BMI range though. But ah well, I've lost a total of what... 13 kgs over the past 3 years... not bad, I think! hehe!
