  kinda agrees that George Clooney and Naomi Wats are better contenders for the role of Reed Richards and Susan Storm.
  
  but considering this is a summer blockbuster afterall, targeted audiences are youngsters. and which youngster will want to see a uncle and auntie as superheroes?

  the Dr Doom in the movie wears pants. i personally find this a bit stange. so used to Dr Doom in his kilt. somemore the actor playing him is just not big sized before.

  I'm watching it tomorrow, its the squadron family day, hahahaha! Supposed to watch batman... then they changed it to fantastic 4

  watched liao!! some parts of the show were hilarious! and some parts were (a little) heart wrenching..
  
  over all very entertaining!!

  actually i prefer to see jessica alba..she's so hot..yea the movie directors got this one right..but torch is supposed to be sue's younger bro right?so they just make the age gap seem like 1 or 2 years..haha..

  Watched it yesterday after work. Entertaining show and like what normalboi said, some parts were a bit funny. I fell asleep halfway though, because I was too tired, not because the show was boring.
  
  I liked the special effects. I've always loved realistic special effects. I love the parts where Torch did his flying act complete with the fiery trail!
  
  I felt that Storm and that elastic man didn't match physically. They just looked odd together. Jessica Alba is much too young for this role, I guess. Well, she does look very sexy though, in that suit!
  
  I wonder why The Thing is unable to morph back into his human form? Did the comics explain why? The others seem to be able to 'turn' their superpowers on and off at will, albeit a bit clumsily at times.

  Erm, comic book history is typically lengthy and convoluted, but here's my interpretation :
  
  Grimm possesses the ability to change to human form. He fell in love with Alicia Masters, a blind sculptress , whom he suspects prefers him in his monstrous form. So subconsciously he resists being transformed back to human form.
  
  However further down the storyline he has changed back and forth between rocky and human.

  i notice there're lot of similarities between THE FANTASTIC FOUR and THE INCREDIBLES (3D Cartoon) last time in cinemas.... Maybe the idea of the incredibles is based on the fantastic four.. only some little differences on one character... the human torch (fantastic 4) and dash (the incredibles)..
  Strong...The thing = Mr incredibles
  Elastic ... Mr.Fantastic = Mrs incredible/elasticgirl
  Invinsible... Invinsible woman = Violet

  Another one: Fire.... Human Torch = Baby Jack-Jack.
  
  There are many other similarites to other Marvel Comics characters.... eg:
  
  Speed.. Quicksilver = Dash
  
  Ice... Iceman = Frozone
  
  Optic blasts... Cyclops = Gazerbeam
  
  Best idea... just switch off your mind and enjoy the show.
