Oh thanks! I'll see if I can figure it out. I didn't use the editing software that my Canon digicam came with but maybe, I should.Originally posted by pufferfish_79:Canon camera comes with the photo impression editing software if i'm not mistaken. Your package should come with the Video impression 5. I'm using that too. My retired A70 comes with the older version 4.0. version 5 is Friendlier. Cropping is quite easy to manage. There should be a manual on the software rite? If need further help, Pm me. See what I ( a amatuer ) can do to help. Btw, nice pic, from a moving car somemore
so after this car zipping by event, your next try will be from a helicopter taking shots of Spore Nite scenery ? Will love to see that... Let me know if there is any empty space on the copter...Originally posted by Rhonda:Oh thanks! I'll see if I can figure it out. And yeah, I was very impressed by the photo quality given that it was taken whilst I was in a car zipping by on the expressway!

You will be trigger happy the only thing that will stop you will be the memory card and your fuel ( batteries ). The next thing you know. You will be desiring for a DSLR. And if you are into diving too., good luck to you man. It will be even more addictive. Underwater photography, piew.. damn addictive.Originally posted by Rhonda:
Seriously speaking, I can't afford that. Also, it's a new hobby to me and I'm not even sure if it's gonna be another one of those 'new broom sweeps clean' thing.
I'm quite easily contented in certain things and right now, I'm very very happy with my digicam-baby because it's a good camera for starters.
But of course, wishes are free... I'd wish for either yours or kopiosatu's!
Actually, today, I feel quite miserable... The photos I took during our dinner feast last night were horrible.Originally posted by pufferfish_79:You will be trigger happy the only thing that will stop you will be the memory card and your fuel ( batteries ). Dun worry, Lazerlord is a established photographer, I'm sure He is willing to give you some pointers if you ask. When I 1st started "shooting" around with my retired A70, I jumped the boat. Without much knowledge, I went straight into underwater photography . Most of my beginning photos were either greenish , blueish or with lots of back scatter due to the lost to red, yellow, orange etc. and particles in the water. After shooting lots more and reading up and advice from old birds, can see my own progress.Originally posted by Rhonda:Actually, today, I feel quite miserable... I feel quite discouraged now. *sniff...
Hey... not bad for someone who's just started what! Cannot first time shoot, get fantastic results, right? It takes time & practice... and I'm sure you'll be able to achieve great results with more practice! (maybe u can organise more crab outings then and shoot more... hehehe )Originally posted by Rhonda:Actually, today, I feel quite miserable...
