OK, I called up the local agent for those of you who are interested in having this done. I asked for the names of places where their machine is available and the services are open to the general public.
They told me that you can go to :
- California Fitness
- Prime Health in Bedok
- Have an Executive Health Screening done at SGH's Executive Health Ctr. -

That was how cocky I was before I stepped on the machine... I thought, ok, I am overweight, but I have muscle mass too, and I've been working out and I have lost weight and my clothes are looser... can't be bad! Now, I can finally shut up my evil critics!

If you go for the Executive Health Screening at SGH, it comes as a package, just like any other hospital and clinic. They'll run a series of blood tests, urine tests, measure this and that, etc etc. and then look at all the results and let you know your overall fitness and health. For women, there'll be extra tests done to ascertain sexual and reproductive health too.
Some conscientious folks go for such screening annually. I think by right, after a certain age, ie. when one's no longer a young filly, one's supposed to go for the whole gamut of such tests at least once a year.
I believe if you're employed, your company might subsidise such screening packages. -

regarding the fat issue, i always think i'm not fat
cos, fat to me, would look sth like.... chen liping.. plus another 10 kg -
the machine reminds me of the one my co. have..... except it tells the health condition of ur body organs and parts instead of just BMI etc....
i noe i am NOT healthy.... but tell me to steer away frm SWEET stuffs?? and tat soda ain't water??

worse i found out tat i have 1/3 of the metabolism rate i'm supposed to be..... rite i'm constantly in screen saver mode.....

come on..dont be so downhearted... the results are not really accurate at times..this is usually due to the amount of fluids u have in you body..and cos some machines use electrical dischrages to measure ur body fat, the presence of any fluids like water, etc....can distort the result

Because, I have more than 35L of fluids in my body, according to the machine. So... maybe the machine's analysis is salah??
