I know Simei CC there, 2 pretty good sized crabs for 20 bucks. Sembawang has pretty reasonable prices for crabs too just that it's a little out of the way for most I think.
At Sembawang, I like their chilli crab with fried mantou, the pepper crab is ok, they have butter crab, fried crab n dunno what other style but I have not tried those beofre
As for Simei.....not tried those as well -
simei cc sounds very good... i can reach there in 5 mins or less

no signboard at kallang... central so more or less "fair" for all comers... and it has the best crab i have had so far.. some set meals can be had with lobster too -
