It is normal in seafood resturants to use lard as cooking oil and they do serve pork ribs and other pork dishes as well.
We have a large chinese population in Singapore and you know how chinese love to eat pork, well most chinese anyway. -

well if the person aint staunch. most seafood plcs do comply to requests tt no pork or lard be used...

Oh... date's not confirmed. See what the rest say. Maybe can get a better date. So far, 6th or 7th quite OK with me.
