According to the TheSundayTimes 45% of those(ladies) survey want to improve their tummy.
I also want a flatter tummy
or else dont dare to wear bikini

all I ask for, is for both Nellie and I to grow taller by another 5-10 cm
and for him to gain xtra weight too. then i'd no longer be overweight n his underweight situation would not get worse -

The odd thing is, whilst I know I've got extra fat pads to shift and lose, I'm pretty happy with my state of health and fitness.
I've also gotten realistic over the years - I know that taking into consideration the fact that I love food, have a hormonal imbalance condition I have to fight, and the hurdles I've overcome so far to transform my lifestyle from a totally sedantary one to one that incorporates exercise, I'm pretty happy.
Well, true I cannot face the world in a bikini yet, but ah, what the hell... I'm healthy and very much alive, and very grateful for that! -
But smaller tummy will mean smaller boobs since you can't target a specific area to lose fats. so there's a trade off... IMO, those trimming pills they advertise are all rubbish..
sigh.. it's so hard to be a woman..

There was once I lost a lot of weight. Really slimmed down a lot, tummy went flat.. but my boobs became bigger
tho i was hopin for it to become smaller....
now i shall hope for it to become bigger so that it might become smaller -

my waist is paper thin, lol. from the front of my belly to my spine about 5 inches like that.
