  Crab per se would work, but with the pungent vinegar marinate.... might be a clash there.
  
  Still, worth a try heh. Bring some fudge for dipping when you go to the Teochew restaurant.

  Wha chocolate pork chops sounds good, I tried coffee pork chops before but the taste... Hmm I suppose its an acquired taste.
