my answer is i) but once every 6 mths or so........my IT personnel will copy all to disc and delete from my computer so i oni keep the disc lor.....but nonethless...i prefer the 1st option.....easier to lok for things....cos our outlook is ONZ every minute and second de.....
shows...we are eager to ans and check out any feedback or queries from clients!!
