Left-Hand Drive Car in Singapore?! 8-O

Last night, I actually spotted a Left-Hand Drive car on our roads! It was a capsule car but on its back was a white sticker with red words stating, 'Left-Hand Drive' so I scrutinised the car as I went by and whoa!
... it really was a left-hand drive car! Its licence plate starts with 'RD'.
Are such cars allowed on our roads? I'm pretty surprised cause this is the first time I've seen such a car on our roads! -

i know one of them is a showcase for Mercedes-Benz, showing off their hybrid engine..
some are military vehicles... -
Most of them are driven, with permission and the said label, by visiting foreigners.

it's a singapore registered car...

most of them are diplomat cars frm embassies
saw 1 or 2 LHD american cars in the vicinity of the US embassy.
as a sign of goodwill ? their cars are usually allowed in despite the fact they are LHD.
oh yah, i always get reminded by tis incident,
1.5L auto car overtaking a 3.0L LHD SUV ok fine, they cant/dont travel fast. -

I saw a few Left-Hand car on the road before, but very seldom....
as long as with authority approval, it should be fine on the road.
Back in Military, my veh is left hand drive.....after a while, get use to it already...whether, left or right side of the road....

Yes, they are allowed, STK armoured vehicles manufactured in singapore are also LHDs.
