Pain?? U know what pain i experienced during my treatment for my skin condition? har!! u know??? First the stupid male missy sprays liquid nitrogen which is kan ping that causes a burning sensation to my skin. After my skin is frozen they then cut away my skin. Now that's pain

i suggest Ma Kuang.. they stick these needles in you and almost immediately after the treatment, you feel relief
and make you drink this herbal gunk to regulate your body whatever the heck.. it's revolting, disgusting and nauseating.. and that's just how the stuff looks.. it tastes worse
but it's really good stuff..

Share my experience...
Still doing acupunture now... I broke my leg in an accident. The leg heal but then the nerve is damage. Some more the ankle is got "wind" into it. So it feels a bit painful, cold and the aching all at the same time. So the chinese sensei use "fire acupunture". That is the needle is inserted deep into the ankle joint via another acupunture point, then then end is lighted with a medicine grass which works like an incense. This is to "warm up" the ankle. Feels great after every treatment but then occasionally got to go for the "heat topping up". Esp during winter.

Yes. This is when the muscle is the all tighten up and need to be massage to get relieve. But it is one painful process. Nowadays they do not use fire (fire actually is to create negative pressure, not to heat up the body), but uses a pump to pump the air out of the glass. Then they "slide" the bottles all over the body in line with the main veins. They use bottles of different sizes too. DAMN painful! And it is not a pretty sight... the blue black will last for about a week.
But then it work wonders... sleep like a baby after that.
Foot reflexology... go every forthnight. good for health. -
