i get really angry a lot at work... mostly the *&^$$ boss... and it's sapping a lot of my energy

it's hard when he does not target the people whom he "hates" (and fears) but targets the staff...
if he targetted people like me, he knows he'll be humiliated and get his ass handed to him in a sling... so he targets my hapless junior officers who are just trying to do their job..
it's ruining their morale, pissing everyone off and doing no one any good..
oh well... i'm waiting for the anger to become a slow cold burn.. that's when i get really scary...
