Letter of Resignation

Dear Boss,
I am writing this in email because I do not wish my train of thought to be interrupted as it often happens when it's a verbal communication.
Hence I would like to say my piece before hearing any response from you, which would not change my decision.
(rest of the bitching after that)

MAUHAHAHAHA.. how i wish i could start the email that way, but of course that'll just burn bridges... and anyway my boss is a good friend of mine.
anyway. i've officially tendered my resignation. 2 months notce... KAOZ...
doing it more on a goodwill basis than a formality basis lar.. anyway if i find another job soon i guess i'll tell him to let me go sooner.
and.. i'm in no rush to start working again so soon anyway.

Well, we knew you were not happy in your current job so I guess this is a move that's long overdue.
Hopefully, your notice period passes by uneventfully! I wish you the best in your job search!
If possible, get some rest first before you start on your next job. -
yeah.. it's a long overdue decision.
i was actually in constant "hate" of myself for not being the usual me, where i make decision quickly and stick to it.
this move took me MONTHS and i still dunno wtf held me back.
getting old lar. not as gungho as last time. -

Keep an open mind, I guess, cause I'm sure that some pretty exciting and radical changes might be heading your way!

one year, my friend was about to leave for australia to do his MBA. we went to an IT show to get a digicam for him. i didn't own one either, but i had been researching to get one. so when we were there, he say.. BUY LAR!! i also buying.
i say no money if not i buy long time ago.
he say ok, i put installment plan on my card, u just bank in every month for me.
so i bought.
and here's where i am today. u be the judge.
i will never forget that friend, whose wedding i'm shooting in december. -

Totally agree.......only ourselves can make it happen. It is in our own hands how we shape it.
Lately, I've been following this program "So, you think you can dance". A very tough dance competition. I get so inspired by their courage, how they face rejections, their pursuit in their dreams, the hardwork, the energy. It really tells me, the sky is the limit.
Though age may not exactly be by my side, I still have dreams, goals and perhaps my present position may not allow me to pursue it, but I have hope. Life is about hope too.
Well, I trust you know and I am sure things will fall into place as you thread along.
Keep coming back here and we can yak, share, discuss........there is that night owl thread!!!
