ling, choccies are better than ciggies.. anytime.. even when i was smoking like a chimney
but.. it does increase the sebum level on the face.. which may cause acne
and worse (for the ladies) it's pretty high fat...

Acne is never a good thing. OMG! Ciggies are so gross.. i was just told off so i had to throw my last one over the fence after two puffs. Grrrr.. -
