What Brand of Soy Sauce Do You Use?

  I suggest those that are fed up with NTUC rice and still have stocks of them @ home,
  
  get New Corp rice from provision shop and mix them together

  BTW I have a friend who buys NTUC brand rice to feed his dogs

  Hmm...I thought it's natural to find vege with worms, unless they've been overdosed with insecticide? Esp. those xiao gai lan with many layers - usu. can find a worm or two or sometimes tiny snails hiding inside.
  
  I like the Tai Hua low salt sauce, gives vege a better taste than salt. This thread has given me a couple of nice ideas, like the tang gui soya sauce for fish. I use the high grade thick dark soya sauce to cook tau yu chicken, but it taste a bit strange, got bitter taste.

  i'm using kikkoman soy sauce
  
  and woh hup dark soy sauce
  
  no paticular preference actually, bgt prob becos they were on offer

  huh....i using those only can buy in malaysia ones....my father say malaysia ones taste better and smell more fragrant......but all i can taste is malaysia ones are very salty......

  Their taste is different...main market for kikkoman sauce are for Japan, European and Australia, not so much in China. Even in Lea Garden Restaurant, they only use Kikkoman sauce if you order japanese dishes.

  Hey, did anyone notice there are actually lots of bugs crawling around the rice?
  My mum spread the rice on a wide bowl like thingy and , we saw lots of those small bugs crawling about the rice!
