I've been known by my colleagues, to fall asleep halfway in the midst of writing my report, esp on Night Duty!
I won't even realise it until I suddenly wake up, then realise that I'm still holding my pen but have scribbled wriggly lines going upwards or downwards.
Worse, sometimes, I write what I've been dreaming during that short sleep episode!
Once, I woke up to find I had scribbled, 'My mother is a General...'
I was thinking, what in the world...!!!
Worse, once, I was writing, 'Patient is fully conscious, alert and orientated... (zzzz....nodded off to sleep liao)... hamburger...'
