Breakfast, anyone?

Do you make it a practice to have breakfast daily?
If you do, what do you normally have for breakfast? If you had a choice, what would you love to have for breakfast everyday?
If you don't take breakfast, why? (I suspect quite a few of us would say that we sleep too late and wake up on time for lunch!

yes, i take breakfast everyday, i always have a cup of fat free milk, and a plain tuna sandwich loaded with fat free cottage cheese and lettuce/tomatoes.. i might switch to oats sometimes, or sometimes i just drink more milk.

For myself, my choice of breakfast varies according to whim and fancy!
Also, I have irregular sleeping hours and if I sleep too late at night, I'll usually miss breakfast altogether and have brunch instead.
Breakfast can be anything from chwee kueh / chee cheong fun / bao to beehoon with fishcake / luncheon meat / whatever, with lotsa lotsa sambal chilli, or Burger King's Croissan'wich / BK Big Sandwich (or whatever you callit), to Mee Siam to Roti Prata to Lor Mee to Wanton Mee to Bak Chang, to Corn Flakes with Soya Bean Milk, to Laksa Yong Tau Foo to Mee Pok to Chocolate Cake / Brownie to Buns ...
Basically, I think you get the drift - breakfast to me, can really be anything and everything!

Slurp with light soya sauce and pepper.
A piece or two of white bread.
I go with Hot Milo. -

I like my Milo cold and with ice. Nowadays, the weather's too hot to enjoy a hot cuppa anything. -

I normally eat my breakfast on my way to work, or at work. As I usually go to the gym in the mornings, I normally grab something before rushing outta the house, like a muffin bar, or yoghurt & some fruit. But then hor, come the weekend, I will have anything that I fancy for that morning, like McD's bacon & egg McMuffin, stir-fried beehoon, or bao, or cereal with milk! Ah... yea... last weekend I made myself some half-boiled eggs and had it with light soya sauce... yumm!!

I go to the gym about 3-4 times per week, as it's in the same bldg as hubby's workplace Very convenient! -
haha...i'm a noctornal animal...even if it is close to impossible to concentrate, i have too..assignment due at 6pm..haha...n i'm working nightlife..as a bartender..so it is kinda alright for me...Originally posted by Rhonda:Not slept yet??!!!

I'm on rotating shifts with absolutely no predictable pattern.
And, you have a very interesting job!
There used to be this wonderful stall at the coffee shop at my block, selling delicious beehoon-mee but now, sadly, they stopped running the stall because the cook had a minor stroke.
Saw her the other day at the bus stop and smiled and tried to ask how she was but I think she's pai seh or something, not really keen to talk to me. 
Anyways, I love my beehoon-mee with ngoh hiang, cause they used to make great ones. Also, they used to make wonderful prawn fritters. Egg, sunny-side-up, is also nice! Depending on mood, sometimes, with sausage / luncheon meat / vege...
Their lontong's nice too!

ur block where?? i noe of a few places tt have great bee hoon...one is at bedok reservoir there..near ubi...another is somewhere near NTU..when bunking in fren's hall, will drive there to buy bee hoon to eat.. -
