last week bought four seasons durian mooncake, ate 1/4 of it lor.
mooncakes ar.. eat for the festive, dun eat too much.. especially those with yolks.. which I most probably wun touch..
but I love mooncakes with the melon seeds.. -

Oh, the melon seeds!!! My hubby said he likes that so I went hunting for it. Strangely, how come the HKG Chinese, Taiwanese and Mainlanders do not have moon cakes with melon seeds ah? These are the three dominant groups of Chinese here, so easy to get their kind of stuff. -

Like Bear and Kuali Baba, I don't like mooncakes with egg yolks in them. I will eat them if there's no other choice, but I prefer the plain lotus ones.

I got the recipe and I guess I can throw in tons of melon seeds but it is so easily available in the stores. Well, I like pandan lotus.. Actually I'm selling them this year but realize tat most of my frens dun like pandan lotus.. prefer plain.. some like dragon fruit, some like green tea.. and I like mooncakes with green bean 'paste'.. hehe..
anything with green bean.. I like..and I also refrain from taking those with yolks. I think green bean taste better and healthier. -
