  My workday lunch is always like that, so yes, I do have at least 5 servings of fruits each day. But it is the dinner that create havoc. Hubby likes that "eat together" environment so I jiak lah. And then no exercise lor. So, weight also escalating.
  
  I like pitted prunes too but they are expensive. The Japanese ones. The local supermart got ang moh packaging one but nuah nuah like that. In my personal pantry here in the office? I have a hugh bag of dried cranberries instead. So, if hungry, can snack. I am pretty good in the office but at home is a different story. Hard to keep food at bay when my other half is enjoying food.

  someone just gave us a box from Crown Prince Hotel..
  
  same people gave us last year i think... took forever to finish that box of 4 little mooncakes coz no one in the family liked it
  
  just went to get 3 for the people in the office
  
  so, may start soon

  I used to like the Teochew flaky pastry yam n pumpkin one from Crown Prince - they used to run out of stock pretty fast. But last yr's stock didn't taste as good. And this year, copy cats are springing up, so no need to pay CP's prices liao.
