What ever it is, no right or wrong. Just do whatever one feels comfortable and willing to put up with.
Even run halfway, can hail a cab and go home mah. Some more in join gym, can use the steam room, whirl pool, take shower, save water from your own home.
No matter you exercise outside, inside, downside, upside....ultimately, it is SELF determination and discipline.
